Refund policy

NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS

At The Goddess Retreat, all massage services, appointments, deposits, gift cards, and digital purchases are final sale. Due to the personal and reserved nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase or booking has been completed.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

💕 Appointments & Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee/deposit.

No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and may require full payment before booking future appointments.

Late arrivals will not automatically receive an extension of their appointment time. Your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you arrive too late to reasonably receive your service, your appointment may be considered a cancellation/no-show.

🌿 Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request to reschedule your appointment subject to availability.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is based on available appointment times.

💳 Service Purchases

Once a massage service or package has been purchased, no refunds or returns will be issued, including if you change your mind, are unable to attend, or decide you no longer want the service.

If The Goddess Retreat needs to cancel your appointment due to an unexpected circumstance, we may offer you the option to reschedule or receive a credit, at our discretion.

🎁 Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
